Mr. Raghu has rich and varied experience of over three decades in the legal domain as a Chief General Counsel that encompasses a diverse set of reputed multinationals across industry domains, Financial services, Healthcare, Auto Ancillaries. He has the expert understanding of international practises and has been in work environment with exacting quality standards, current consulting assignments includes a SPAC listing in NASDAQ.

• Raghu is also the President and Founding member of the General Counsel’s Association of India (“GCAI”). He has been advocating the cause of statutory recognition of the Role of General Counsels and aims to work towards achieving this objective.

• A diploma holder in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Sardar Patel College of Communication & Management
• A Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
• He is a trained Six-Sigma Black Belt

• Completed Master Classes for Directors Leading to Certified Corporate Directorship issued by World Council for Corporate Governance
• Participated in a workshop on “Contract Negotiating Techniques” conducted jointly by the Centre for Management Development & Training Inc., Washington and George Washington University, Washington, USA
• Part of “The Bourse Course” – a seven-day intensive course on Treasury, Forex dealings and Money Markets leading to certification by Regional Treasury, American Express Int’l Inc. Singapore.

In additions to his qualifications, he has extensively imparted knowledge based training programmes in the organisations where he worked and externally at various seminars, Law and management schools and other associations. He has featured and has been recognised for several years as one of the top Global General Counsels in India and at various international forums.
